Our approach to client service assures partner involvement. While the firm works as a team, the success of our team requires a hands-on approach by partners and managers. We strive to be in contact with our clients throughout the year to provide proactive ideas and provoke discussion.
Our investment in technology enables us to be a paperless office, with access to our client files from anywhere in the world. This allows us to accelerate the sharing of information with clients, banks, attorneys and other service providers that clients authorize in a secure manner.
We want our clients to believe they are getting the maximum value from us for the services we are performing. While some clients prefer to be billed on an hourly basis, many clients have entered into Fixed Price Agreements. These FPAs list specific services we will perform during the year for a pre-determined fee. This arrangement provides the client with an assurance of professional accounting costs while enhancing communication with our firm.
We believe in the concept of independence. The CPA profession has maintained its outstanding reputation through the years because of this attribute. We feel that the sale of financial products, such as insurance and investments, impedes this independence and therefore have consciously stayed away from such activity. We have the expertise to provide consultative services and discuss insurance, investments, retirement planning and financial planning. As part of that process, we match clients with appropriate referral sources in our community who can provide these products after our independent analysis.
